Impactful lows, extraordinary highs

The Carbon Series gets its name from Illusion's tremendously effective woven carbon fiber woofer cone in its aluminum basket, which gracefully handles the wear and tear of high-level playback while giving your music surprising depth and presence. Illusion uses an aluminum alloy to create a dome tweeter that delivers optimal detail and incredibly smooth highs. Just like every other aspect of this compact C3 CX, Illusion refuses to skimp on materials, and so the resulting sound quality can only be described as extraordinary.
